DNA - Dogs Not Allowed

This woman brought her dangerous dogs into this Canadian Tire store. They barked and presented a danger to shoppers including children. She didn't give a dam that they were not allowed. Why does she think she can disregard other people and store policy? I do not want to be confronted by dangerous animals when I am quietly shopping, respecting others and obeying rules, policies and laws. When are dog owners finally going to be held accountable for their misanthropic actions? When stores, cities and law enforcement stop handing out warnings and hand out $500.00 tickets, for everyone that breaks the law and policy.
